Pet Foster Families needed

We have a large military community. Soldiers may have to deploy at a moment's notice and have no place to leave their pets during deployment. Their last resort is to take them to the Animal Shelter in hopes that their beloved pet may get adopted.

During times of deployment this lack of places to shelter military pets temporarily leads to increased numbers of adoptable pets in the Killeen Animal Shelter.

Become a Killeen Pet Foster Family and support our deploying soldiers' pets, as well as those who need to have someone take care of their pets for a short time due to illness or hardship. We are in need of some short-term and longterm (13-15 months) foster homes. This link will give you more information.
