HEAT WAVE: Don't forget to make water available for pets at all times!

 

The Killeen Association for Shelter Pet Adoptions (KASPA) aims to enhance public perception of the Killeen Animal Control department, educate citizens about shelter pet adoptions in this area, and gather a viable pool of volunteers to assist in shelter operations, as well as in case of emergencies.

Our Goals for 2009

 

We seek to further cooperation amongst area city shelters and rescue organizations in the Killeen area to assist the city shelter in increasing the number of adoptions from Killeen Animal Control.


We also raise funds to assist in purchasing items needed for the shelter staff which are not included in the annual budget.
